• Synthetic DRYVIT stucco systems

• Pressure washing & surface preparation

• Painting & Texture

• Drywall repair

• Exterior repairs related to plaster/stucco

• Free estimate appointments

Service availability may vary based on scheduling, weather, or project type.

Estimates & Project Approval

• All estimates are free unless otherwise stated.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• A project begins only after the customer approves the proposal.

• Changes to the scope of work may result in updated pricing.

Appointments & Scheduling

When booking through our contact form, phone, or online calendar, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information

• Respond to scheduling confirmations

• Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule

JR Ortiz Lath & Plaster LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or crew availability.

Warranty Information

JR Ortiz Lath & Plaster LLC provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on approved stucco applications, including DRYVIT synthetic systems.

Warranty does not cover:

• Structural foundation issues

• Damage caused by improper home maintenance

• Customer modifications or repairs

• Weather events, flooding, or natural disasters

Full warranty terms are included in the customer’s signed proposal.

Website & Content Usage

All logos, images, videos, and text on jrstuccopros.com, Instagram, and TikTok belong to JR Ortiz Lath & Plaster LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

JR Ortiz Lath & Plaster LLC is not responsible for:

• Damages caused by pre-existing structural issues

• Drywall or surface conditions hidden beneath materials

• Customer-supplied materials

• Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or property conditions

Cancellations

We may decline or cancel any job if:

• Conditions are unsafe

• The requested work violates building regulations

• The customer provides misleading or incomplete information
